PartnerAlliances to Present at Delphi’s Summit on Business Process Excellence
Daniel Tkach, Managing Partner at PartnerAlliances has been invited to speak at the Delphi Group Summit of Business Process Excellence that will take place on October 4 – 7 at the Hotel Del Coronado, San Diego, CA.
Delphi’s Summit on Business Process Excellence is an exclusive and dedicated event, focused on what companies need to know to build business process excellence. One of the event’s key focus points is how to build visible performance metrics and the ability of partners and customers to participate fully in a firm’s processes. Speakers in this conference include James Champy, Tom Davenport, Paul Harmon and Thomas Koulopoulos.
Daniel will present on the topic “Measuring the Success of a Partnership: A Performance Management Approach”. He will show how Performance Management techniques, including the definition of KPIs, baselines and balanced scorecards, can be applied successfully to individual companies, and equally applied to determine the success of partnerships and alliances. Daniel will describe the approach used during PartnerAlliances’ engagements, applying Performance Management techniques as part of the Strategic Partnering methodology, to obtain meaningful metrics of the success of a partnership initiative.

About Daniel Tkach
Daniel Tkach is an executive with over 20 years experience in product, services and solutions marketing with large and small companies. He has an award winning track record in the successful direction and execution of marketing programs for software products and services at Oracle Corp., IBM Corp. and other companies. His responsibilities encompassed Enterprise Applications, Portals, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, and E-Learning.
Previously, Mr. Tkach built, led and certified an international consulting and services practice with IBM Global Services. He authored many publications including books on modeling and application development, journal editorials and white papers.
Daniel Tkach holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Pepperdine University, and a Masters of Science in Computer Science, Honors with Distinction, from CSU Chico, and Stanford University. He has earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Engineering from Eindhoven University, Holland, and a BSEE from Buenos Aires University.
