Mr. Tetsuo Hikawa joins the Advisory Council bringing multi-disciplined expertise in
the areas of media and entertainment technology to PartnerAlliances. Mr. Hikawa has
17 years of experience advising Japanese electronics manufacturers in the areas of
Broadcast and Entertainment technologies, spanning High-Definition Television, Digital
Audio Broadcasting, Digital Data Broadcasting, and Digital Rights Management. Mr. Hikawa
is a frequent technology advisor providing insight for the Advanced Television Systems
Committee (ATSC) developing voluntary standards for digital television; and is helping
to shape standards in the areas of Digital Audio Broadcasting. Mr. Hikawa has served in
various senior R&D planning positions at Hitachi, Ltd., and Matsushita Co., Ltd.,
