PartnerAlliances launches Alliances Law Practice

San Carlos, CA, October 9, 2007 - PartnerAlliances, (www.partneralliances.com), today announced the launch of a new consulting practice, dedicated to the delivery of best practices related to alliance development. The Alliance Law Practice will primarily focus on the provisioning of business and legal consulting services to address the commercial aspects of alliances and partnerships. Practice areas include:
  • Assessment: working with our clients to determine the appropriate contractual vehicle to meet their alliance needs/requirements;
  • Planning: developing discussion positions for key agreement legalese and deliverables;
  • Engagement: developing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements; and
  • Delivery: providing ongoing support to alliance, sales, business and technical teams to achieve contractual deliverables.
