Rob brings over 20 years of executive management, partner development, business leadership and legal expertise to PartnerAlliances. Rob's combination of a strong business background coupled with his legal expertise enables him to represent problems and opportunities with complete objectivity and further provides him the necessary tools to streamline the contracting and deal making process.
Rob has held executive positions with a number of IT companies including Compaq, Nortel, Engage and Pegasystems. During his tenure with PartnerAlliances, Rob has assumed the role of chief/corporate counsel for a number of CA-based startups including Kagoor Networks, Kapow Technologies, PortAuthority Technologies, Aravo Solutions, RingCube Technologies and Data Intensity. In this capacity, he provides commercial contracting and negotiations expertise in support of sales, channels, alliances, business development, engineering and services. He also provides general counsel in such areas as corporate governance, securities, employment and real estate.
Rob earned a JD from the Suffolk University School of Law, an MBA from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College. He is an active member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations as well as a number of industry councils.
