Virginia Powers, PHR
Virginia has been consulting for leading companies on the complex issues of
Organizational Development, Human Capital Development, Talent Acquisition,
and Human Resources, across multiple industries. Virginia's career spans more
than 25 years; in addition to corporate consulting, she frequently advises senior
executives in the areas of Professional Development and Performance Management.
She has authored and published many articles related to her field for the likes
of the American Society For Training and Development, and is often requested for
public speaking events.
Virginia is currently leading the recruiting efforts for a publicly traded Financial
Services company as Vice President of Recruiting. She holds the Professional in Human
Resources (PHR) distinction, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
